November 17th at 7m David Sabella, the original “Mary Sunshine” in cover of Chicago celebrates the 25th anniversary of the oldest American musical on Broadway. Sabella with guest stars Jana Robbins (The story of the allergist’s wife, Gypsy) and Hailey Swindal (Chicago, Jekyll & Hyde) will sing the music of Kander and Ebb, live from Feinstein’s / 54 Below. There will also be a special behind-the-scenes look at the creation of the series and its long history as “Mary Sunshine”.

Live from Feinstein’s / 54 Below is a new series featuring LIVE performance streams straight from the Broadway show! Designed to make more shows accessible to fans around the world and to recreate the live experience, all shows will be presented exclusively at the time of performance with an internal audience and will not be available on demand thereafter.

In addition to being the originator of the lead role of “Mary Sunshine” in the 1996 revival of Chicago with Bebe Neuwirth, Ann Reinking, Joel Gray, James Naughton and Marcia Lewis, Sabella played the role of Julian Eltinge in Jules, and like Phillie in The Phillie Trilogy by Doug DeVita, for which he won the “Best Leading Actor in a Play” award at the Fresh Fruit Festival. As a voice over artist, Sabella has appeared in several television cartoon series including Peter Pan and the pirates for FOX and The teacher’s pet for Disney.
