After a successful first season despite pandemic pressures, the Grove Theater in Fenelon Falls is already planning a “bigger and bigger season” for 2022, according to general manager Nicole Mitchell.

However, the theater needs help during these winter months to prepare for the upcoming works. From award-winning artists and local favorites to a full-scale theatrical production and more nights of music, comedy and cabaret, Mitchell says The Grove needs the continued support of the community to make this happen.

The outdoor amphitheater is an important addition to Fenelon Falls and the surrounding area, says Mitchell, and is a space “that encourages learning and community connection and will provide apprenticeships, internships and training programs for young people. and young adults today and in the years to come.”

The theater’s mission is to become a destination that champions the arts. “Donations at this time will help with the costs of developing a signature theater production, providing permanent stage equipment, increasing community engagement initiatives and expanding programming,” says -she.
