If you travel a lot, get your TSA preclearance in Amarillo
Do you have your TSA preclearance? If you travel a lot or even a few times a year, having that Golden Ticket is really a big plus. I had mine a few years ago when they set up a location at Rick Husband International Airport.
Even with the pandemic I have used it several times and it was worth it. I still have a few years left. Getting your TSA preclearance does several things. You don’t need to take off your shoes or belt when going through security. You don’t need to take out your liquids or your laptop. You don’t have to wait in the same line as everyone else. For me, it’s all worth it.
I’ve had several flights to Dallas, one to Phoenix and one to Las Vegas, so I really got my money’s worth. Oh, and like I said, I still have a few years of my five-year membership.
So if you also want that great advantage of flying, your chance is once again present to Amarillo. They will set up another temporary location to achieve this. Once again, it will be at Rick Husband International Airport. The center will be located on the second floor of the terminal in the English Field conference room. For a week, from Monday October 11 to Friday October 15, you can do this. They will be open from 9 a.m. to noon. They will close for lunch and reopen from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
For $ 85, you’ll have five of this beautiful thing called TSA Pre Check and a lot of time saved when you make your way to the airport.
