LIVE: PlayStation 5 back in stock with EE and John Lewis ‘reveal’ restock date


The PlayStation 5 is back in stock with EE.

The mobile network will kick off the sale of the Sonly console at 8:30 a.m. this morning (September 3).

However, only EE customers will be able to benefit from the drop in the PS5, a limited number of consoles being made available.

If you are a customer with EE, you can buy a PS5 with them here or via the MyEE app – the sale starts at 8:30 am.

Meanwhile, online retailer Studio sold out within minutes when it went live with its PS5 sale yesterday morning.

The drop took place shortly before 8:30 a.m. and the site immediately entered a queue system.

They had to win a PS5 console bundle that included a headset and 3D wireless game: Ghost of Tsushima Directors Cut for £ 609.99, but it sold out within minutes.

AO also sold out a few minutes after dropping their PS5 yesterday afternoon (September 2).

Last week, the Sony console was made available in a number of Currys PC World stores (Thursday August 26).

A number of stores had a set of PS5 discs available for pre-order and operated on a first come, first served basis.

Very also dropped a major PlayStation 5 restock on Tuesday morning (August 24) shortly before 10 a.m.

The retailer had around 12,000 consoles up for grabs, making it its biggest PlayStation 5 sale to date.

Amazon, John lewis and To analyse and are all expected to go live soon with their PS5 sales.

That’s according to gaming experts who follow the console across a number of sites and stores, building on the PS5’s previous trends and sales over the past year.

Sony’s latest PlayStation design is the hottest console of the year.

After its official launch in the UK on November 19, 2020, it sold out instantly and demand still hasn’t weakened.

The PlayStation 5 comes in two forms: the PS5 console: £ 449.99 and the PS5 Digital Edition console: £ 359.99.

Further replenishment drops could possibly come this week after two weeks of PS5 sales at GAME, Argos, BT, Smyths Toys, ShopTo and OnBuy.

According to the PS5 Stock UK Twitter account, which has been following PlayStation 5 restockings closely, John Lewis could potentially launch a sale this week.

However, these launches aren’t final, but the account’s predictions have been pretty accurate.
