Ludlow beer lovers gear up for a heady beer
Station Drive-based Ludlow Brewing Company is hosting its Valentines Ale Massacre Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
With over 20 beers on offer, including a wide range of Ludlow Brewery ales and a few guest ciders, patrons expect up to 1,000 people through the doors.
Spokeswoman Samantha Howells said they were looking forward to the event after last year’s festival was interrupted by Covid 19.
She said: “The one in 2020 we suffered from bad weather so hopefully this time there will be no barriers and we can welcome people through the doors to sample a range of beets and of ciders and enjoy the entertainment.
“We have a marquee for all the overflowing visitors as we expect a good turnout as it didn’t happen last year so even if it rains everyone will be dry.”
Entertainment will include comedy and cabaret Ludlow Fringe on Friday and music by ska/punk band Don’t Feed the Goat on Saturday night.
Hours of operation are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
